Berkley Care Group is part of the clariane community, and is made up of different legal entities; this privacy policy is issued on behalf of the clariane Group so when we mention Clariane, Korian UK, Berkley Care Group (which is the trading name for the UK-based group companies), “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy policy, we are referring to the relevant company in the Clariane Group responsible for processing your data.
