Not all care homes are the same. We focus on residents’ wellbeing and that starts with peace of mind and an exceptional care and nursing team.

  • All-inclusive Living: We talk about it a lot and that’s because it matters a great deal to our residents and their families. They know they can plan ahead, knowing there won’t be any surprises. To be able to invite friends and family over for celebrations, or pop out in the Mercedes at no extra cost really is the icing on the cake.
  • Exceptional team of carers: We look after our staff very well, not only because the work they do is incredibly important to our residents and wider society, but because they look after our residents. The more united the family of carers, the lower the turnover of team members and reliance on agency staff. All of this combines to produce a very happy home indeed.

Clare is very proud to be leading her amazing team at Blenheim House. Clare is a keen fitness fanatic who spends her spare time training and walking her Dog Otis, who has been known to visit.

Customer Relations Manager

I joined Blenheim House in May 2019 where I led our Activities Team in the day to day delivery of innovative, stimulating & engaging activities- resulting in national recognition with several awards.

I have since moved into the Customer Relations Role and I will be the first person you’ll speak to when you’re making an enquiry. Being able to provide you with a caring, warm & professional approach is hugely important to me and I always look forward to speaking to new families about their loved ones and talking you through the wonderful life we have at Blenheim House. I absolutely love my job!

Hariette Jonik

Deputy Manager

I was previously the Head of Care at the Blenheim, and have been in my latest role as Deputy Manager since 2021. Using my Level 5 Qualification in Health and Social Care and many years of experience, I help to maintain our excellent care standards and support the home in its care of adults with residential, dementia and nursing needs

I am motivated in seeing our residents and staff being engaged, happy and living a quality of life that is meaningful to them. Supporting our staff team and helping them achieve their personal goals is something I am passionate about.

Sarah Glasscoo

Office Manager

Our Admin Team are on hand to support you with throughout your stay at Blenheim House. Our Office Manager, Sarah, looks after a team of three friendly staff members who can support you throughout any contractual of financial queries you might have.

Will Corley

Facilities Manager

I have a passion for working in the care industry and joined Blenheim House in February 2020, having been an Estates Manager at a Mental Health Hospital in the past. I have a strong knowledge and understanding of building and services compliance, Health and safety and experience in construction. I lead a dedicated Maintenance Team in carrying out daily and weekly compliance checks, ensuring our home has a robust safety record whilst making sure the home’s aesthetic and comfort levels remain first class. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, cycling and walking our dog Shylo.

Kinga Gora

Clinical Lead

My name is Kinga Gora. I have been the Clinical Lead at Blenheim House since we opened in 2022.Ensuring our residents receive the highest possible standards of care is my passion and I am motivated by seeing a resident thriving in both their physical and mental requirements.

Linda Netherwood

Catering Lead

Our Catering team is managed by Linda Netherwood. Linda and her team provide our residents with a healthy and nutritious dining experience.
Linda will have an understanding of your loved ones dietary needs prior to admission and can provide a family dining experience as part of your all-inclusive contract

Ann Dunlop


Our Reception Team are on hand to welcome you on your visits to Blenheim House and to update you on any important changes at the home.

Ann is our main receptionist and can also support you with contacting our other teams if you need support.

Should your loved one require a complimentary newspaper, magazine or hair salon appointment our Reception Team will be happy to help you.

Chris Preston

Activities Lead

Our Activities Manager is Chris Preston. He and his team are there to ensure your loved one has a happy and engaged stay, and that their lifestyle interests are stimulated.

The Activities team can arrange video calls, family parties and trips out in our mini bus and would love to hear about anything special we can do to make your loved ones stay an enjoyable one.

Catherine Jeffries

Head Housekeeper

Catherine Jeffries manages our Housekeeping Team and ensures our residents have clean linen and clothing, as well as beautifully kept rooms to relax in.

Items of clothing can be changed throughout the seasons and Catherine and her team will be happy to guide you through this and many other aspects of your loved ones room.

Lorraine Dommett

Salon Stylist

Our all inclusive salon experience is managed by our Salon Stylist Lorraine.

If you would like to book your loved one in for a treat or a regular styling Lorraine will be happy to help- ensuring your relative looks and feels their very best.

Ann is our main receptionist and can also support you with contacting our other teams if you need support.

Embracing technology for better care

We are always looking to evolve the way in which we deliver great quality care, but not just for the sake of it. It has to provide tangible benefits and not take away from the human element of what we do. Here are some of the ways we are embracing the digital world to help our care home.

Connecting residents with their families

From group-wide Zoom quiz, to virtual reality game time, at Blenheim House we’re always looking for new ways to communicate and bring our residents closer together and to their friends and families. Each floor at the home has iPads used for FaceTime and WhatsApp and Skype to keep in touch.

Enabling physical distancing

As we all know, 2020 brought about unprecedented social restrictions. We have addressed this with our state-of-the-art care pod – a garden room which enables residents to meet and see their families in person while remaining safe.

Providing better care through technology

From electronic care planning and acoustic monitoring, to high speed internet connection and on demand TV, our care home always moves with the times if it’s for the benefit of our residents.

Being a part of the wider community

Our care home is situated in Melksham, Wiltshire.

Enabling the residents of Blenheim House to engage with the local community and to enjoy the best of what the area and its surroundings has to offer is a big part of what we do. By establishing community links with social groups, sports teams and religious institutions and interacting with them throughout the year, we ensure that Blenheim House is at the centre of its community.
