A warm welcome

The social gathering when entering a home is key. When you walk into a Berkley Care home, it’s so rewarding to see residents and families socialising in the lounge or bistro, taking part in activities and having a smile on their face. This is the life and soul of a care home that feels vibrant and makes you feel part of the home. Whilst we can design, build and furnish the space, it’s the people that truly make it a home.

How we interact with families, staff and residents is unique to Berkley and we are dedicated to providing the best experience from the moment they walk through the door. We want families to say ‘this isn’t want I thought a care home would be like.’

I’m incredibly proud of every single person that works for Berkley Care Group, and the care sector as a whole. The smiles on the staff’s faces and the joy it brings them to see the smiles on residents faces, day in day out – it’s humbling to see.
