Our Home Manager – Clare Hodges

I’m so pleased to be part of the team here at Blenheim House – it’s a fantastic opportunity and my aim is to have happy residents, family members and staff.

My journey to get here began back in 2008 when I started off in the industry as a carer, working my way up to home manager in the space of eight years. During that period, I also gained levels 2, 3 and 5 in Health and Social Care and completed a year-long course in Management and now, here I am.

If you’re interested in our home then I’d be delighted to take you on a tour around the grounds, followed by a cup of tea to get to know you a little more.

The Admin & Housekeeping Teams

Keeping the entire home ticking day-to-day are the administrative and housekeeping teams. Their hard work and dedication to keeping the place clean and tidy is invaluable to us.

Our Residents

The ladies and gentlemen that choose Blenheim House to be their home enjoy life to the full. They have fun and lots of it knowing they are in a safe caring environment with a professional team who know them well. Everyone loves the food at our home, from a fully cooked breakfast, three-course lunch, afternoon tea, with the best homemade cakes and our evening super. Themed evenings and events are among our resident’s favourites led by our Events Team and Bistro Managers. Our ladies and gentlemen enjoy the social side of life and are able to share this with family and friends, confidence is restored and loneliness is a thing of the past.

My mother has received first-rate care at Blenheim House… When you put this level of care next to the high-quality accommodation, the interesting and varied activities the residents are encouraged to participate in and the delicious meals the residents are served, there is only one comment you can make – Blenheim House is brilliant
