Our team is always on the lookout for exceptional carers in Leicestershire. If you have a caring nature and a passion for supporting others, we invite you to reach out to us.
A place to grow belong
Residing in a region rich in history, where Roman settlements, Anglo-Saxon kingdoms, and Danish settlers have left their mark, Leicestershire stands as a testament to its enduring legacy and remarkable achievements. Similarly, being a carer in Leicestershire requires someone truly exceptional. Within the Berkley Care Group, we uphold the highest standards of care. Yet, beyond mere qualifications, it takes empathy, compassion, and the skill to assist our clients in diverse ways to excel as a carer in Leicestershire.
What to expect at Cedar Mews
As a member of the team at Cedar Mews, you will be part of a compassionate and dedicated group focused on providing exceptional residential care. Our goal is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where residents feel at home and are surrounded by constant companionship. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that the changing needs of our residents are met with the utmost care and attention, and you’ll always welcome their loved ones with warmth and openness.
Our specialisation in dementia care means you’ll be working closely with individuals experiencing memory loss, helping them lead fulfilling lives through calm and interactive activities. Your patience and creativity will be essential in designing and facilitating activities that promote engagement and well-being.
In addition to our residential services, you’ll be involved in offering respite and short stay care, giving non-residents the opportunity to experience the benefits of Cedar Mews temporarily. Your role will be crucial in providing these individuals with meaningful social interaction and a glimpse of the exceptional care and community atmosphere we offer.
At Cedar Mews, you’ll be part of a team that values warmth, quality, and comprehensive care. Your dedication will help ensure that every resident and their family experiences the best possible care and support, making a real difference in their lives.
