As a member of staff at Ryefield Court, you will be part of a team dedicated to ensuring our residents experience the comforts of home while receiving the care they need. For those living with dementia, our specialised care is delivered by an experienced team adept at managing the daily challenges faced by individuals with dementia. You’ll work in calm and interactive areas thoughtfully designed to provide both stimulation and comfort through everyday activities.
In addition to our residential services, you’ll also support our respite and daycare programs. These services allow non-residents to enjoy the full benefits of Ryefield Court for short periods, whether they need temporary care or simply wish to participate in our social events. Your warm and welcoming demeanour will help ensure that every guest feels at home, regardless of the duration of their stay.
