We understand that moving into a care home is a big step. That’s why we’re always on hand to make your move as easy as possible. Every resident will settle in within their own time frame, but we find that it never takes long before they feel truly at home.

Those first few days are really important and that’s why we’ll take the time to really get to know you. We want to know all about your hopes and goals for the future and we love nothing more than hearing all about your life story. You’ll get to share your story as many times as you want to as our staff all visit you and introduce themselves.

We’re proud of our care homes, the great facilities, and the first-class care that we provide. However, if you ever need anything else, all you need do is ask. You’ll find that our entire team will be on hand to help.

Facilities

Our five-star care homes come with five-star facilities. We ensure that our residents have access to the very best and we’re continually on the lookout for new ways to enhance the experience.

Low-Impact Gym

Our gym equipment is low impact and geared towards those people in later life who want to stay in shape or rehabilitate from an injury. The Jubilee House wellness team are always on hand to help and some equipment can even be moved to residents’ rooms if they would prefer somewhere more private.

Fine Dining Room

A home is not a home without a place to dine with friends and family. In our private dining room you can host a party of guests with your own fine-dining menu created by our amazing chefs. Birthdays, anniversaries, or just for the joy of it – it’s up to you!

Dining Outdoors

When the weather permits, dining outside is a must. We have so many open, sunny spaces to enjoy the delights cooked up by our chefs, you can eat each meal in a different place!

Bar Bistro

The Bar and Bistro is a beautifully designed space for socialising, in small groups or as one. The fully-stocked bar is everything you would expect to find in your favourite hotel and the furnishings are a feast for the eyes.

Hair Salon & Nail Bar

Feeling good about yourself doesn’t end with the gym – looking how you want to is all part of your well-being and your hair and nails are well taken care of at Badminton Place, at the Trymm salon!

Wellness Spa

The spa is all about relaxation, mental wellbeing and finding your inner calm. Choose from a range of expert-delivered therapies and massage – all to help keep you feeling amazing.

Cinema

A cinema room goes without saying – whether it’s a classic film or a much-anticipated sporting fixture, there’s something for everyone to enjoy, with service from the bar being the cherry on the cake!

Our events teams are on the ball and always ensure that there’s plenty going on throughout the year. Karaoke, quizzes, entertainers, and sports days are just some of the events that to be enjoyed.

At Jubilee House, our care services will be bespoke and we can tailor what we offer to suit your individual needs. We specialise in residential, dementia, nursing, and respite care.

Residential Care

What we provide at Jubilee House will be an environment where our residents can live fulfilled lives. We are committed to keeping them living as independently as possible. That being said, we will always respect our residents’ capabilities and limitations, and there is always help on hand should it be needed.

Nursing Care

When our residents require specialist support, we have a team of Registered Nurses who can assist. You can be assured of continuity in care as our nurses offer both practical and personal support.

Dementia Care

At Jubilee House, we will be able to provide specialist care to those who have been diagnosed with dementia. We will have areas and staff members that are dedicated to these residents as we work to maintain their psychological and physical wellbeing.

Respite

Respite allows residents to benefit from the superb facilities at Jubilee House, but for a short period of time. A day at Jubilee House includes breakfast, lunch and dinner and enjoyment of any of the events that are taking place, providing much-needed company for many.
