Firstly, we are very selective when recruiting our staff and in return for them being the best at what they do, we pay everyone who works with us above the living wage. We believe this is a first in the local market and ensures a happy environment within the home, while recognising the value of the care profession.
Secondly, we offer one clear, all-inclusive weekly price to our residents. This reduces worry and helps people relax as well as being able to plan ahead.
