Residential care

Residential care is for people who need help with day-to-day tasks like getting dressed, moving around and cooking dinner. It’s also for those suffering from isolation and loneliness who could benefit from being part of a community. Live life independently with the reassurance that our care team is here if you need us. And if you don’t need us, we’re still here for a chat and a cup of tea.

Dementia care

Dementia affects everyone differently, so our approach is person-centred. We see beyond the diagnosis to recognise each person’s identity and life history. Our staff undergo specialised training to understand unique needs. From art therapy to gardening, we offer meaningful activities that improve wellbeing in safe, stimulating environments designed for comfort.

Respite care

Perfect for primary carers who need peace of mind while away, or those recovering from hospital stays. Respite care provides all the benefits our permanent residents receive – from activities to meals – but on a short-term basis. Whether it’s days, weeks or months, you can relax knowing you’re in safe hands.

Community living that feels truly welcoming

Community life is central at Ryefield Court. State-of-the-art facilities certainly matter, but it is the social connections that make a real difference. Conversations over morning coffee, shared interests, new friendships formed over activities, all of it creates a natural antidote to the isolation that many people fear. Birthdays, anniversaries or family gatherings – the team makes sure every celebration feels properly special. Private dining rooms for intimate meals, or larger spaces when the whole family comes together.

Getting out and about

Theatre trips, places of worship, shopping excursions or somewhere further afield – we ask residents where they’d like to go rather than deciding for them. The chauffeur handles the driving.

Screening room

Comfortable seating and big-screen entertainment for films, live sports or evening viewing. The kind of proper cinema experience that makes watching Wimbledon or your favourite classic feel like a real occasion.
