1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Berkley Care Group.
2. Eligibility: The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Berkley Care Group, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition period: The competition opens at 9am GMT on Friday 20th February 2026 and closes at 9am GMT on Monday 2nd March 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
4. How to enter: To enter, participants must like the competition post, follow @BerkleyCareGroup on Instagram, and share the official competition post to their Instagram Story. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. The prize: One winner will receive one bottle of Berkley Golden Hour x Sky Wave Gin. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered. If the stated prize becomes unavailable, Berkley Care Group reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner selection and notification: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message within seven days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 30 days, Berkley Care Group reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Alcohol: As the prize contains alcohol, the winner will be required to provide proof of age before the prize is issued. Berkley Care Group is committed to promoting responsible consumption of alcohol.
